GV NFL Flag Spring Girls League

Garnet Valley-area girls flag football league practicing and playing at MSI Sports Complex. Non-contact girls-only flag football league for grades K–8. Divisions by grade: D1 (K–2nd), D2 (3rd–5th), D3 (6th–8th). Each player gets an official NFL Flag reversible jersey. 6v6 format, 7+ games guaranteed over a 6–7 week season with one practice and one game per week. All coaching is volunteer-led by parents. Required gear: mouthpiece, water bottle, rubber cleats or sneakers (no metal cleats, no jewelry).
