Friday Makers: Viking Braided Belt or Strap – Kennett Library

Using a two color braiding system, we'll create a belt or strap with a weave that was used by Nordic vikings. This weave is a based off a Norse Viking belt discovered in northern Norway. It makes a great accent for clothing or can be used in making handles - The weaving is gentle meditative practice - a great way to end the day!
