Unearth a Science Story Series is a three week program that explores historical earth science through books, discussion, and hands-on projects! Week 1: Paleontology Join us as we explore the many ways paleontology science has helped us learn about creatures that lived long ago. We will explore the STEM practices that scientists use to discover the ages, sizes, and shapes of so many creatures from long ago. Extra points for spelling and pronouncing dinosaur names correctly! For children entering grades 2 - 5. Adult caregivers must remain in the library during the program. All programs are FIRST COME – FIRST SERVED and space is limited. Attendees must come to the Youth Services Department no earlier than 20 minutes before the program to get a ticket. Program will begin promptly at 2:00pm. Un
