Join us for a fun and calming yoga and mindfulness program designed especially for children in kindergarten through second grade! In this playful and supportive environment, kids will explore basic yoga poses, practice simple breathing techniques, and learn ways to relax their bodies and minds. Through movement, stories, and imagination, participants will build focus, confidence, and self-awareness—all while having fun. Perfect for beginners, this program encourages children to stretch, breathe, and unwind in a safe and welcoming space. No experience needed—just come ready to move and relax! Please wear comfortable clothing to move in. Caregiver participation: optional or encouraged What to bring: yoga mat or towel Length: 30–45 minutes REGISTRATION REQUIRED!!!
