Art for the Curious: Beyond the Brush – Oxford Library

This program will be held in-person inside Oxford Library. Community members are invited to join us for a free art session, with demonstrations of new art techniques and time to create art. All skill levels are welcome! This art session will be approached in a semi-academic format. We’ll be discussing materials, techniques and exercises to create a foundation for your artistic journey. We’ll be exploring ideas, art history, movements as well as practices among artists. Not only that, but we’re hoping to create community engagement and discussions surrounding art. Above all, we want the community to have a place to engage with art and have fun learning with and from each other, please join us! Registration required. This program is for adults 18 years and older.
