About this program
Session 3 Spring/Summer wrestling for K–12 athletes (April 1 – August 31, 2026). K–6th grade (under 95 lbs) practice Mon/Wed/Thu 6–7:30pm. Middle school 5th–8th (75–120 lbs) practice Tue 6–7:30pm. High school 8th–12th practice Mon–Thu 7:30–9pm. Coached by college and nationally competitive wrestlers. Folkstyle and freestyle offered.
