NCC Half-Day Speed & Agility Camp – Jun 15 (Delcastle)

Half-day sports camp focused on speed & agility, including quickness drills, coordination exercises, and athletic performance training. Campers should bring personal equipment, a water bottle, and a towel. In case of questionable weather, activities may be delayed or moved indoors. T-shirt included. Financial assistance available. $5 non-resident fee applies.
